Please keep in mind that there are not two bags the same, every bag is a unique piece . This is the reason why we only accept returns If your bag is not the same as the one you ordered, or if the bag is technically damaged.
You will received the bag in a box and a sealed transparent plastic bag so we ask you to check the bag before you open it to make sure is the one you ordered. If not just contact our customer serviceand return the bag. We will refund sending cost only in this case.
If you open the sealed bag and you see any damaged please make a photo and get in contact with our customer service before you return it so we will send you a return form.
We will not accept returns without previous contact with our customer service .
We kindly remind you as well that due to the fact that we work with recycled materials and handmade designs there might be some irregularities or imperfections in the bag which belong to its unique character.
If you return an order, always keep your tracking number and receipts so you have proof of shipment.
